HNC Photography - Studio Still Life, Creative.

The brief was to come up with our own concept for a creative still life. I chose falling cards with a nod to the title sequence in the drama series Hustle. The idea being that the camera does indeed lie and trick you into seeing something that isn't necessarily true. These cards were not falling, but careful positioning of stands and the use of helium balloons and a bamboo stick, camera angles and lighting suggest that they are.
